"Absolutely appalling!"
Absolutely appalling! I have been trying to join Vodafone for 2 months now and had my order cancelled 3 times. I've try to ring up which has been a night mare and the times I did get through the staff where rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. Had to order a nano sim as my old faithful phone broke and the new iPhone i have needed a nano sim. At the beginning of lockdown I called vodaphone to ask for a payment holiday as I am self employed and lockdown meant that there was no income. The person I spoke to allowed 50 days payment holiday for which I was thankful.
