Your First Steps

Please make sure you download, install and activate the Trustalyze Woocommerce Extension or the Site Reviews plugin before clicking on the Company Profile link. Activating the Trustalyze Woocommerce Extension or the Site Reviews plugin will create your Company Profile page automatically.

You will need your Serial Key and your email address you registered with when you activate the plugin on your WordPress website.

Site Reviews Plugin – All reviews coming from the Site Reviews plugin are marked as “Unverified" due to those reviews not being part of the Trustalyze Confidence System. If you wish to have your reviews marked as “Verified" then you must use our “Get Verified" option.

Upgrading Plan

We make it easy to move between Plans. When you upgrade your plan from Starter to Lite or from Lite to Pro, you will receive a new Serial Key. You must take that Serial Key back to your WordPress Admin area and go to Trustalyze TCS to insert your new Key. Remember to click ‘Save Changes’ and you’re set. This will automatically update the system for your new plan.

Trustalyze Badge Usage

Here is a question we get a lot. “When should I place the Trustalyze Badge on my website?”

Remember, having the Trustalyze Badge allows your potential customers to quickly click to your Trustalyze Company Profile page, and see all the reviews your site has received.

The best time to place the Trustalyze Badge on your website, is when you have a few reviews. By putting the badge on your site at the same time you create an account, may show no reviews. So, it’s best to wait until you have at least a few reviews before doing that. This way, your potential customers can read some reviews and gain confidence with your company.
