Service dept. looked at my car within 24 hours to check if it was safe to drive following a small accident. Car cleaned and disinfected following work being carried out and all free of charge. I have been a customer for 6 years but after this Service and MOT I found that they had damaged my vehicle and there was plastic residue. I received a telephone call from Katie at Marshall Mini Bmth on Friday 22/05/20 to re- book my service on my car as the original had to be cancelled due to Covid 19. She was so nice and pleasant. Bought and paid for a Caddy Maxi Life from Scunthorpe in March. You have both my money and my car. I understand that car showrooms have had to be closed but despite many attempts that I have made to contact you there has been zero response. Pathetic. Update on 19th May. I lost a tyre on my car on Saturday night whilst picking up my other half from the hospital after a haemodialysis session. I am also a key worker so need my car for work. "WORST after sales customer service EVER!"
Ok, where do I start? I bought a brand new Zafira Tourer in March 2016, from Marshall Knebworth, sales staff were good, keen to get a sale. Thats as good as it gets.
