"Deliverer was here, but did not deliver the package"
The delivery guy was just around the corner, but for the reason of "having too big truck" decided to not deliver the package. Didn't event think about calling customer service as you have to pay for it! Email customer service also took 3 days to reply.

Similar to other comments. The worst ever shipment company. Second bad experience with them. First time, they did not deliver the package and lied on the reasons. "Last minute rescheduling of delivery date"
They send an email today that I could expect my parcel between 12:00 and 14:00h, then, at 13:24, they mailed (!!) me that I could make a new appointment because they couldn’t deliver. Contact options seem limited to a contact form on the site... Very poor shipping company.

"Parcel still not delivered after weeks"
Our parcel (sent from England end of march) has been lost ("sorting error") for two weeks, but now it has been delivered, at least according to Dynalogic. Nobody has rung the bell, and our parcel is nowhere to be found. Customer service has been saying different things at different times, and always promises to look into things but without any results so far. Horrible experience!

The ordered trampoline from Decathlon is still expected from Dynalogic. I give up all hope after delivery cancelations, error messages and finally no feed back. Delivery was scheduled for 8pm in the evening, suddenly delivery was cancelled because of a "bad adress" while I never encountered any issues with the shop I bought from. « I was not at home » while I was at home for the entire day and especially around the planned delivery time. No note was left behind with additional details which they should do. Left in the dark and hoping that the Bpost will handle my package now... Calling customer service cost me 45c per minute - of which 4 minutes listening to music.

Terrible company, they refused to pick up my old fridge when they delivered my new one. Because of the corona virus they do not deliver in the house (which I understand) so I took my fridge downstairs on the streets.
